So, it’s been a while since we started living our versions of the new normal, our new ‘best lives’. We have mostly adjusted to how things work, and many of us are doing pretty well - under the circumstances. Go you! But the reality is Mondays still exist and let’s be honest, no one likes Mondays.
Motivational Mondays with Shield is here to help you get moving, confidently. This doesn’t mean endless sets of squats, burpees and star-jumps - unless that’s your thing. For us, Motivational Monday is an opportunity to show up at your best, whatever that looks like, and the greatest part about that is you don’t even have to leave the house.
From your bedroom floor to the kitchen, you don’t need to be in a gym to take up this fitness challenge - it’s all about easy home workouts to help you start your week.
When we say workouts, what we really mean is activities - because most importantly, this should be a fun way to kick off your week. With Monday motivation moves, we will share some home-based moving activities that will help you get motivated for the week ahead, with confidence. Jog, grab your skipping rope or even hit a few stretches right in the comfort of your own home.
